Production parks
A factory you can walk into.
Everything that is too expensive alone, shared. Start producing in months instead of years, pay for what you make, and grow into owning your business.

Why parks
Millions of skilled people could run a small factory. Power, machines, licences and buyers each cost too much alone. Shared, they cost a fraction, and output multiplies.
The makers we are looking for.
Our parks are clustered by trade, so suppliers, buyers and skills concentrate. We are recruiting operators in four areas.
Food processing
Milling, garri and cassava, flour, spices, palm oil and packaged foods.
Water treatment
Treatment plants that turn borehole water into clean, certified water.
Water processing
Sachet, bottled and jarred water, filled, sealed and ready for market.
Waste recycling and upcycling
Plastic washed into flakes and pellets, and waste turned into new products.
What every bay comes with.
Reliable power
Solar and gas on site, at a fixed price far below diesel, supplied through Confluence.
Machines you come to own
Certified lines on operate-to-own terms: every instalment buys a share of the machine.
Quality and licences
One lab and one regulatory desk for every bay, so your product is ready for the shelf.
Buyers at the gate
Distributors and institutions buy through one sales desk under the Kelani quality mark.
Credit from your sales
Every sale is recorded, so you can borrow for inputs and stock and repay as you sell.
You pay as you produce
No heavy rent: a small charge on each unit you make, falling as your output grows.

From worker to owner
Nigeria already knows how to make owners. We add space and capital.
Learn
Apprentice
Train with a master in the park, in the Igba-Boi tradition.
Start
Settled
Start-up capital for graduates, repaid from a small share of sales.
Produce
Operator
Your own bay, your own brand, machines that pay for themselves.
Own
Owner
Your machines and a bay right you can sell, pass on or borrow against.

Asaba first
Our first park opens in a building we already own.
Opening in 2027 in Kelani’s Asaba warehouses, with food processing, water treatment and processing, and recycling bays. Our own plastic washing line becomes the first recycling bay. Then Lagos, Ogun and beyond Nigeria, with local partners.
Power and capital, built in.
Our partner Confluence gives Kelani parks and customers fixed-price power and finance built on real sales, so makers can plan, borrow and grow.
- Fixed-price powerEnergy far below diesel, at a price you can plan around.
- Machines you come to ownLease a Kelani machine and own it, instalment by instalment.
