More output from every plant we touch.

We design, build and run productive plants for owners and investors, and turn around plants running below capacity. We carry the hard part, and hand over a business that already works.

Why plants fall short.

Across Africa, plants run at a fraction of their capacity. Three problems hold them back, and each one has a fix.

Idle capacity

Machines that stand still

Lines bought for full shifts run a few hours a day: breakdowns wait weeks for parts, and nobody owns the maintenance plan.

Costly power

Energy that eats the margin

Diesel generators are the most expensive power a factory can buy, and every outage stops production mid-batch.

Scarce skills

Operators who are hard to find

Modern lines need trained operators, technicians and quality staff. Too often they are imported at great cost.

How we close the gap

We bring engineers who keep machines running, power and finance that make the numbers work, and operators trained here, on real lines. The result is a plant that produces what it was built to produce.

Build. Operate. Transfer.

One partner from the first drawing to a running plant, with our reward tied to what the plant produces.

01 · Build

Design and install

We assess your site and market, design the line, source the machines, install and commission it. Turnkey projects come with a two-year guarantee.

02 · Operate

Run it to target

Our team runs the plant, hires and trains your people, and puts in the maintenance, quality and sales systems that keep output high.

03 · Transfer

Hand over a business

When agreed output and profit are met, the plant and its trained team pass to you, running, with parts and support to follow.

Plus · Finance

Equipment and energy

Spread the cost of machines and power through our partner Confluence, or through partnerships with our production parks.

Everything a plant needs to perform.

Turnkey engineering

Machinery design, procurement and installation for water treatment, food processing, packaging and plastics recycling.

Operations management

Plant management, staffing and HR systems, and outsourced operations that lift efficiency month after month.

Skills and training

Operators, technicians and managers trained on the job, so expertise stays in your business.

Maintenance and parts

Planned maintenance and a parts store in Asaba, so a breakdown costs hours, not weeks.

Quality and compliance

NAFDAC and SON files, quality systems and batch testing, so your products are ready for the shelf.

Power and finance

Reliable, fixed-price power and equipment finance through our partner Confluence.

For plants that should be working harder.

Designed for African conditions: fragmented markets, unreliable power and real budgets.

New plants

Investors and new owners

You have capital and a market. We turn them into a running factory without you learning the trade the hard way.

Turnarounds

Plants running below capacity

Idle machines, high power costs, weak sales. We diagnose, fix and run the plant, rewarded on profit above your baseline.

Expansion

Growing manufacturers

A new line, a new product, a new site. We plan, install and commission it while you keep producing.

How we are rewarded

We earn when the plant earns. Your capital and an agreed return come first; we share only in the profit above it.

Questions

What sectors do you work in?

Water treatment and packaging, food processing, packaging lines, plastics and recycling. These are the plants we have equipped for two decades.

Do I need to put up all the money?

Not always. Equipment and energy can be financed through our partner Confluence, or through partnerships with our production parks, so the cost is spread over time.

How long does a plant take?

A typical line takes weeks to install and commission once machines are in Asaba; a full plant usually takes a few months from design to steady production.

What happens at transfer?

When the plant meets the output and profit agreed at the start, ownership and the trained team pass to you, with maintenance and parts support available afterwards.

Can you fix a plant we already own?

Yes. We audit it, agree a baseline, then fix power, machines, staffing and sales, and are paid mainly from profit above that baseline.
